FAQs

1. Data cannot be transferred.

2. This is a quick charging, but it is not fast.

3. Does not charge.

4. I wanted to transfer data from the SD card using the adapter on hand but this product didn't work.

5. Hub connection cannot be connected to LAN

Root Causes

1. Problem 1: "can't transfer data"

(1)Data transfer function with this converter adapter only supports data transfer between your smartphone and computer.Data transfer between your smartphone and other storage devices is not supported.

(2) Appl-e's official guideline, computers with non-Appl-e systems must use official Appl-e software such as i-Tunes to achieve data transfer between the computer and iPhone.

2. Problem 2: "Quick charging, but not fast.About

(1) In order to achieve 9V PD rapid charging, this adapter must be connected to a Type-C to Type-C cable.And your charger should support the rapid charging function. If this adapter is connected to a USB-A to Type-C cable, it can only support 5V slower charging speed.

(2) The iPhone itself does not display the rapid charging logo like smartphones with Android systems.You can combine the digital display cable or ammeter to determine whether fast charging.

(3) Currently the Max output for iPhone is listed below.Here is your reference.The peak output of iPhone 8 and iPhone X is 18W.The peak output of iPhone 13 pro max and iPhone 14 pro max is 27W.The peak output of iPhone 11/iPhone 12/iPhone 13/iPhone 14 and 14 Pro is 20-25W.Compared to the output of smartphones with Android systems that support 40W on the market, iPhone charging speed is relatively slow, and iPhone 7 and previous models are not compatible with fast charging.

3. Problem 3: "Does not charge the battery.About

(1) Since the surface of the iPhone terminal pin is dirty, it cannot be used to effectively contact the charging port of your smartphone. In such cases, it cannot be charged. (2) The solder on the inner PCBA board will be disconnected and will not charge due to a bad product contact.

4. Problems 4 and 5. "Cannot read SD Card.The USB hub can't connect to LAN"

(1) This product only supports charging and data transfer between your smartphone and computer, so we do not support these two questions.
